These are some common questions I get.

Do you charge a fee to work with you?

For buyers, representation typically won't cost you anything out of pocket. As a seller, there is fee which we will discuss at our consultation or something like that. Either way, we'll talk through everything on our first call so you know exactly what to expect before we get started.

Do you work outside of Cochrane?

Cochrane is my focus since it's where I live, where I do the majority of my business, and where I can offer you the strongest level of service and market knowledge. I take on work outside of Cochrane on a case-by-case basis. If I know the areas you’re looking at are outside my expertise, I will happily connect you with a trusted colleague who will also provide exceptional service.

Can I buy a home in Cochrane without visiting first?

Yes, and I've helped many clients do it successfully. I become your eyes and ears on the ground with doing detailed video walkthroughs, paying attention to the things you can't see in listing photos, and asking the right questions so we find the right fit even if you've never set foot in town.

What if I'm not sure whether to buy or sell first?

That's one of the most common conversations I have with clients, and there's no one-size-fits-all answer. It depends on your timeline and overall goals. We'll talk through the options and build a plan that fits your life together.

Do you work with first-time buyers?

Absolutely. No question is too small, and no part of the process is too basic to walk through together. Buying your first home is a big deal, and my job is to make sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way, not overwhelmed by it.
